We’ve all heard the old saw that necessity is the mother of invention. We think we’ve invented the first farm-to-table restaurant and farm-to-bottle distillery, right in the same building!
What made this necessary? Mt. Folly needed to go local to avoid greenwashing, and a local year-round market didn’t exist. So we made one. We hope you’ll stop in at Willy’s, give us a try, and take home a bottle of our moonshine.
